No Las Vegas stag would be complete without a visit to a steak house. So as a send-off, Delmonico steak house at the Venetian was our last meal. We recommend the private room overlooking the kitchen for groups, which offers a wonderful tasting menu with accompanying wines. As a bonus, you can wander along the canal in the Venetian on your way back to the hotel.
